In her assertion recorded on the Oshiwara police station, the complainant stated Jain contacted her on Instagram and praised her work. He requested her to go to his flat positioned in a excessive rise in suburban Andheri assuring that she will likely be appointed as his private costume stylist, a police official stated quoting the FIR.
The girl visited Jain at his flat on August 11. He requested her to accompany her to his bed room below the pretext of displaying her his belongings and raped her, the official stated.
In accordance with police, the girl works as a contract costume stylist.
The girl said that Jain assaulted her when she resisted him. He additionally tried to destroy proof.
Police registered the FIR below sections 376 (Punishment for rape), 323 (Punishment for voluntary inflicting harm) and 506 (Punishment for felony intimidation) of the Indian Penal Code in opposition to Jain, the official stated.
No arrest is made thus far.
When contacted, Jain stated, “I don’t know this woman. The allegations raised by her are fake and baseless. Earlier also a woman had made similar allegations against me but I got justice. This woman may be an associate of that woman”.
