ENHYPEN’s Sunghoon will probably be stepping down from his MC place on “Music Bank.”
On September 1, SPOTV News reported that Sunghoon’s remaining “Music Bank” broadcast as MC would air the next day. In response, a consultant from ENHYPEN’s company BELIFT LAB revealed, “Sunghoon will be stepping down from ‘Music Bank’ with tomorrow’s [September 2] broadcast as his last.” Sunghoon has been MC for the previous 11 months.
Sunghoon started internet hosting “Music Bank” alongside IVE’s Jang Received Younger in October 2021 and the pair took dwelling the Finest Couple award on the 2021 KBS Entertainment Awards. Though Sunghoon will probably be stepping down, Jang Received Younger will proceed as MC.
It’s stated that Sunghoon will probably be specializing in his group promotions with ENHYPEN, who is about to embark on their first world tour in October with live shows in Seoul later this month.
Sunghoon’s final episode as an MC will air on September 2 at 5 p.m. KST.
